Morris first heard about Yoga as a 12 years old, when he came across an easy read version of the Bhagavad Gita. Since his health was poor due to asthma, he began to look into meditation and practiced deep microcosmic orbit meditation for 3 hours every day. Morris health drastically improved.
His physical Yoga asana practice started in 2007 and it wasn’t until 2013 that Morris decided to start his Yoga teacher studies. He completed his teacher training in 2016 and has been teaching around Europe since then.
Morris is based in Malmö and is currently teaching at Hot Yoga Malmö.
Morris began practicing and studying Capoeira in 2002. He graduated as a Professor of Capoeira in 2013 in Brazil.
From 2007 until 2016 he was performing around the U.K in various prestigious venues as well as working for his Master Ponciano Almeida as his assistant, and cover teacher.
Morris taught Capoeira to children from 2007 until 2009 as part of the borough of Kensington and Chelsea programme designed to help kids become more physically active.
Morris has taught Capoeira to adults at training centres in London from 2009 until 2016.
He has taught many workshops around Europe and he continues to teach Capoeira in Malmö, Sweden where he now resides.

the Mobility training method
Morris’ extensive experience in disciplines like Yoga, Capoeira, Kung fu, and Personal Training has inspired him to create a specific Mobility Training method. He started to teach in London at the popular Yoga studio 'Hot Yoga Society' in 2015, but refined the formula in 2018 and began teaching it at Hot Yoga Malmö.
